Receptionist/administration Assistant

Based at our Brigg office, we are looking for someone to expand our team who has an outgoing friendly personality, and has confidence when dealing with the public in person and on the telephone. We are looking for someone who is confident and professional in both attitude and appearance. You will need to be organised, and be able to work in a professional environment with a small team and have a strong administrative background. You must be reliable, self motivated and hard working with a positive attitude. General office duties will include answering the telephone, dealing with enquiries, arranging appointments, occasionally accompanying viewings.
We will provide you with a friendly supportive work environment and offer career development opportunities.
You will need to be computer literate and be familiar with Microsoft Office software.
You will be working on your own some of the time so must be reliable and responsible. A driving licence and transport are essential.
Initial Hours: Tuesday 9am - 3pm, Wednesday 9am - 3pm and every 5th Saturday morning 9am-12noon. Holiday and illness cover by arrangement.
