- Previous customer experience (preferred)
- Confident telephone skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Must have a minimum of 1-year relevant administrative experience, gained in the construction industry, or similar, or a customer service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player
- Hands-on approach
