**Job Overview**

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to provide support to the accounts team.

To assist in the day to day running of the finance and administration functions at head office.

**Responsibilities**
- Action payments and allocation of money from customers, matching bank transactions to our internal system
- Communicating with customers, assisting in invoice and remittance queries.
- Processing paperwork and handling cash from all Peacock and Binnington branches
- Assisting with the filing and storing of paperwork
- Assisting with the preparation of reports
- Assist with machine allocations on external databases to ensure they are up to date with the current keeper.
- Undertake any other ad hoc duties as required by the line manager.

**Requirements**:

- A basic knowledge of farm machinery and the Agricultural Industry would be an advantage although not essential.
- I.T. Skills (Including Excel and Word)
- Enthusiasm to Learn
- Strong Numeracy & Literacy Skills
- Good Communication Skills both on the phone and in person

**Package**
- Start Date - TBC
- Job Status - Full Time, Salary paid monthly
- Salary - Depending on Experience
- Benefits - Staff Discount, 22 Days Holiday, Company Pension
- Hours - Monday to Friday, 1 Saturday morning per month
