**HR Administrator**

You would be joining a friendly team that offers the right balance of fun and productivity.

**Purpose**

We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. You will function as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees.

You should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to employment law.

**Key responsibilities**
- Organise and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases
- Prepare HR documents, (letters, employment contracts and new starter packs)
- Revise company policies where required
- Supporting recruitment activity
- Create reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates)
- Answer day to day employees queries about HR-related issues
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)
- Participate in HR projects (e.g., help organise a job fair event, support the implementation of new initiatives and processes)

**Desirable knowledge, skills and experience required**
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role
- Thorough knowledge of employment law
- CIPD Level 3 in Human Resources or similar experience

**Personal attributes**
- Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
