The Advocate Group is a leading recruitment partner to the FMCG and consumer product sectors. We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales, marketing, and category departments to provide financial guidance and insights, supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and present actionable recommendations to improve business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize financial processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide insightful analysis on business performance, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Part qualified/finalist in ACCA/CIMA
  • Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or Finance Analyst role, preferably within food/FMCG/consumer sectors
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into strategic insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools; advanced Excel skills are a must.
