Job Title: Academic Accounting Finance Business Partner

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team at Hays Senior Finance. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing financial insights and support to our senior management team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
* Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and prioritize business initiatives
* Coordinate and own the group central costs budget and ongoing forecasts
* Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to the senior management team

Requirements:
* Fully qualified accountant with previous experience in a Finance Business Partner role
* Strong FP&A and partnering skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to bring financial information to life in a compelling way
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot trends in data
