About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Director to join our team at Skin + Me. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our retail strategy, driving business growth, and leading a high-performing retail team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive retail strategy to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Lead a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall retail experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of retail initiatives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform retail strategies and optimize store performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, including suppliers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Develop and manage the retail budget, ensuring effective use of resources and achieving business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure Skin + Me remains competitive and innovative in the retail space.

  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of retail operations, sales, and marketing principles.
