As a key member of our Recruitment, Marketing and Communications team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with Executive Deans, schools and colleges, and developing and leading the University's programme of recruitment events.

You will be experienced in interpreting audience insight and data to develop innovative and targeted recruitment strategies, working collaboratively with colleagues from digital experience and marketing to CRM and communications.

With excellent leadership skills and a strong track record of delivering against targets, you will have extensive experience of managing multiple stakeholders and leveraging relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the UK Student Recruitment team to achieve ambitious growth targets
