Key Responsibilities of the Customer Care Consultant:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, driving new client registrations and achieving monthly sales objectives.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive brand and product knowledge, ensuring alignment with their needs.
  • Maximize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across our service offerings and partner agencies.
  • Deliver exceptional client service throughout the process to foster repeat business.

  • Document source information for every incoming lead to facilitate performance analysis.

Who are we looking for? We seek individuals who possess a combination of the following:

Technical Skills/Experience: Experience in sales within a national care organization, ideally regulated. Alternatively, experience in consultative sales in sectors such as finance or insurance.
