In this role, you will serve as the initial contact for Corinium Care and its associated services, playing a vital role in guiding customer inquiries through to the initiation of care. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will employ a consultative approach, demonstrating effective objection handling and strategic follow-up capabilities.
You will join a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional service to clients while ensuring smooth collaboration with operational teams. Your enthusiasm and dedication to the mission of Corinium Care will be key to your success.

Responsibilities of the Customer Care Consultant
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, driving new client registrations and achieving monthly sales objectives.
- Provide clients with comprehensive knowledge of our brand and services, ensuring alignment with their needs.
- Maximize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across our service offerings and affiliated agencies.
- Maintain high standards of client service throughout the process to foster repeat business.
- Meet and exceed personal performance goals, including revenue, conversion, and productivity metrics.
- Exhibit unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Record source information for every incoming lead to facilitate performance analysis.
Who We Are Looking For
We seek candidates who possess a combination of the following:
Technical Skills/Experience : Experience in sales within a national care organization, preferably in a regulated environment. Alternatively, experience in consultative sales in sectors such as finance or insurance.
Soft Skills : Empathy, confidence, and effective communication. Ability to act as a trusted advisor and influencer.
Personal Attributes : Self-driven, proud to work in the healthcare field, and a proactive approach to challenges.
