Job Title: Drainage Contracts Manager

Vector Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Drainage Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing various drainage activities across London and Southeast, including blockage teams, Descaling, CCTV, and lining.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Off-Site Resources: Effectively manage and coordinate off-site resources to ensure seamless execution of drainage activities.
  • Manage Safe Working Processes: Develop and implement safe working processes to ensure the well-being of our team members and the quality of our work.
  • Ensure Contract Performance: Monitor and ensure that contract performance meets standards and targets, addressing any performance or personnel issues promptly.
  • Cultivate Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and Manage Works Program: Develop, monitor, and manage works programs to ensure efficient execution of drainage activities.
  • Price New Works: Price new works using contract-specific rates, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle Quotations and Customer Management: Handle quotations and customer management, providing excellent customer service.
  • Monitor Delivery Costs: Monitor delivery costs and submit monthly applications for client approval.
  • Conduct Site Audits: Conduct regular site audits to ensure quality and health and safety standards are met.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in drainage industry management, with a strong track record of success.
  • Safe Working Processes: Consistent management of safe working processes, ensuring the well-being of team members and the quality of work.
  • Drainage Infrastructure: Strong knowledge of drainage infrastructure, including blockage teams, Descaling, CCTV, and lining.
  • CSCS Card: Possession of a CSCS card, demonstrating commitment to health and safety.
