CCTV Drainage Manager Position Overview

Bennett and Game Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled CCTV Drainage Manager to join our client, a leading provider of comprehensive drainage solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of CCTV Drainage Engineers and play a key role in delivering exceptional services to a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of CCTV Drainage Engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
  • Liaise with clients to understand their technical requirements and ensure that all works are carried out to a high standard
  • Conduct on-site surveys, quotations, and pricing to secure new contracts and grow the business
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the CCTV Drainage team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing teams and delivering drainage solutions
  • Excellent communication and technical skills, with the ability to work with clients and engineers alike
  • Strong understanding of drainage systems and technologies, including CCTV inspection and maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
