Hays Technology is seeking a highly skilled Workforce Transformation Manager / Agile Workforce Delivery Specialist to join their IT department. This individual will play a crucial role in transforming the company's legacy operating model to agile ways of working.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive workforce transformation strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement agile operational models, talent management strategies, and job descriptions.
  • Manage complex, multinational, multi-team agile developments at scale, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Partner with HR to drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to project/delivery teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in workforce transformation, agile project management, and operational design.
  • Strong understanding of technology and its impact on operational design, talent management, and job descriptions.
  • Excellent collaborative and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
