  • Contribute to the development of business cases, proposals, and presentations to support talent initiatives and business outcomes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in HR business partnering, talent development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business outcomes through talent strategies and initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization, with a strong understanding of cultural differences and nuances.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
