About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our On-Train Customer Service team as a First Class Customer Host. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience on board our trains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to customers in first class, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Serve meals and snacks from our menu, providing a high-quality dining experience.
  • Ensure the train carriages are clean and tidy at all times, maintaining a high standard of presentation.
  • Act as the point of contact for customer queries and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
