About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business and Relationship Development Executive to join our team at Pertemps Cambridge. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in and around London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities and partnership collaborations
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager and Director of Sales to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Produce regular reports and data-led information to support sales efforts and track progress
  • Attend sales meetings and present to the Director of Sales and field sales team
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of business development and relationship management
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • DBS Check Mandatory
