Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead and support the learning disability pathway, providing senior clinical support, supervision, and role modeling for colleagues.
  2. Attend, chair, and lead on multidisciplinary team meetings, child protection conferences, and risk management meetings.
  3. Provide clinical supervision to colleagues and support the team with service improvement initiatives.
