Position Overview:
Our client, a leading global technology firm, is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator. This role is fully remote and requires proficiency in Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the execution of communication strategies for partner programs, including onboarding, marketing development funds (MDF), and incentive payouts.
2. Manage and resolve support tickets and escalations from partners promptly and efficiently.
3. Facilitate regular communications with partners, including surveys, marketing updates, product announcements, and research requests.
4. Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for partners.
5. Serve as the primary contact for partners regarding operational and sales-related inquiries.
6. Ensure an exceptional partner experience through timely follow-ups, consistent communication, and transparency.

Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently on operational tasks.
- Experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, account management, or project management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey insights to diverse audiences and senior management.
- Passionate about problem-solving and thorough in addressing issues.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of initiative.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and prioritizing tasks for multiple stakeholders.
