THE ROLE

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for SMBs to spearhead our marketing initiatives for small and medium-sized businesses within the EU, based in our London office.

The SMB Marketing Team at Wellhub is a vibrant and diverse group dedicated to enhancing our marketing outreach to small and medium enterprises globally. This team collaborates to design and implement strategic marketing campaigns that elevate Wellhub's visibility in the SMB sector, working closely with the Revenue, Product, and Technology teams.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS

  • Assist in formulating and executing marketing strategies for the SMB sector in the EU, aligning with Wellhub's overall business goals and supporting the SMB Marketing Senior Director in providing strategic insights for European markets.
  • Act as a primary liaison for the EU SMB Sales and Success teams, promoting collaboration to ensure marketing efforts align with sales targets.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing campaigns resonate with EU audiences and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Engage with regional leaders in the SMB marketing team to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Coordinate with marketing leaders across Enterprise and User Marketing to integrate SMB marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Support the planning, execution, and refinement of multi-channel marketing campaigns for the SMB sector in the EU, guiding regional leads in their specific areas.
  • Regularly report on the performance of EU campaigns and initiatives, providing data, insights, and actionable plans to stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights specific to the EU to identify opportunities that inform strategic decisions for SMB marketing.
  • Assist in managing the SMB marketing budget for the EU, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet objectives.
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership on the impact of SMB marketing initiatives, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and improvement recommendations.

  • An Experienced SMB Marketing Professional: Proven expertise in SMB marketing on a global scale, with 3-5 years of experience developing strategies that resonate within EU markets.

  • A Skilled Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, serving as the main point of contact for the EU SMB Sales and Success teams.
  • A Strategic Innovator: A forward-thinking professional skilled at identifying market opportunities and developing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • An Adaptable Marketing Advocate: A proactive individual who excels in dynamic environments and is eager to contribute innovative ideas to enhance marketing strategies.

  • Informed on EU Market Dynamics: Possesses a deep understanding of the EU business landscape and its unique nuances.
