Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our sales team at Meridian Business Support. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow existing client relationships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Account Manager or sales-related role
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Sage or Act, and experience with sales administration
