About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to join our team at Oxford Aunts Care Ltd. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of hourly care to our clients, working closely with our operations team to ensure the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage placements in and around Oxford to ensure client retention and stability
  • Support and maintain organic sales growth
  • Conduct robust risk assessments to ensure safety for both clients and carers
  • Identify the needs of your portfolio of clients and create and implement a plan of care to meet these needs
  • Ensure carer retention and stability, and maintain full compliance with internal and external policies, procedures, and standards
Requirements
  • Experience in the health and social care sector with an understanding of the expectations of a carer's role and subsequent support required for both carers and clients
  • A strong risk assessor with appropriate knowledge and skill to deliver safety for both client and carer
  • Excellent written communication and accustomed to care planning creation, review, and delivery
  • Experience of staff supervision and appraisal processes
  • An ability to problem solve and risk assess
  • A driver with a car based within a 70-mile radius of Oxford
  • Able to use word, excel, laptop, and tablet functions
  • Holds a Degree Qualification or Care sector related to a minimum of Level 3 or would be prepared to work towards Health & Social Care level 3 or higher
