Job Title: Agile Test Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Test Specialist to join our team at Big Red Recruitment. As an Agile Test Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of system needs through consultation, process analysis, and observation to determine requirements.
  • Project Leadership: Act as project principal to develop and configure customized solutions, inspiring and guiding other Application Specialists.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize technical expertise to create documentation, reports, and workflows, integrating solutions with wider business systems.
  • System Maintenance: Help maintain and improve existing solutions and systems, understanding the wider possibilities of technology and bringing new ideas to reality.

Requirements:

  • ERP Experience: Experience and knowledge of order processing ERP systems at high volume, with a strong understanding of relational data, reporting, data manipulation, and BI.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process analysis skills, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage and track multiple projects across teams and third parties, with a self-driven and confident approach.

Desirable Skills:

  • Kerridge ERP System: Experience of the Kerridge ERP system is desirable, but not essential.
  • Builders' Merchant Operations: Knowledge of Builders' Merchant operations and systems (or similar volume trades) is also desirable.
