Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at C&M Travel Recruitment. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for defining and managing the capabilities of our business systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders on changes to systems and processes that drive benefits to the organisation.
- Be the subject matter expert for software platforms and system capabilities.
- Identify solutions for any deficiencies in a product or system and oversee the delivery of these across the business.
- Transform business requirements into technical solutions using techniques such as UML diagrams or User Stories.
- Test new functionality.
- Run workshops with internal and external stakeholders to understand behaviours and user requirements.
Requirements:
- An understanding of and experience using GDS, therefore a travel industry background is highly desirable.
- An understanding of APIs for integrating third-party platforms such as airline and hotel reservations or payment gateways.
- Experience delivering business systems and process changes.
- A good understanding of common integration and interfacing technologies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
What We Offer:
- A basic salary in the region of £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.
- Hybrid working typically 3 days a week in the office with flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week.
