Position Overview

Hobbs Legal Recruitment is seeking to enhance its Marketing Division with the addition of a Marketing and Bids Coordinator.

The responsibilities of this role will encompass a variety of tasks, including assisting in the creation and execution of proposal submissions, formatting marketing materials, gathering and analyzing marketing metrics, and providing support for various initiatives within the marketing department. This position requires close collaboration with multiple teams and departments, including business development, finance, and legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing kickoff and progress meetings for proposals with various stakeholders
  • Drafting meeting agendas and documenting action items
  • Compiling and refining contributions to create polished proposal submissions
  • Submitting proposals as necessary
  • Overseeing timelines for proposal submissions
  • Communicating with legal professionals to provide essential updates on proposals
  • Conducting client management reporting
  • Updating CRM systems with proposal-related information
  • Monitoring proposal portals for relevant opportunities
  • Distributing feedback among teams
  • Updating various systems with critical proposal data for reporting
  • Maintaining and refreshing the proposal library
  • Formatting marketing and proposal documents
  • Managing the credentials and sector brochure library, coordinating with the Design Manager to ensure accuracy
  • Assembling content and designing pitches and other tailored marketing materials, including proposal documents, team profiles, and training outlines
  • Providing general administrative and support services to the broader marketing team as needed
  • Coordinating meetings and arranging travel for the marketing team.

  • Prior experience in a dynamic marketing environment is a plus but not mandatory
  • Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to accommodate peak periods in proposal preparation.
