Foundation UK is seeking a highly organized and skilled Bid Manager to join our team at an exciting time of growth. As a key member of our Development team, you will work closely with the Head of Development and other Bid Managers to write and coordinate bids and secure commercial and grant funded contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Foundation UK\u2019s development strategy and goals.
  • Work collaboratively with the Head of Development and other Bid Managers to write and coordinate bids and proposals.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and other external organizations.
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial plans for bids and proposals.
  • Ensure all bids and proposals are submitted on time and meet the required standards.

Requirements:

  • Extremely well organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Skilled in writing successful, high-quality proposals and tender documents.
  • Experienced in supporting budget development and financial planning.
  • Consistently achieving and delivering to high standards on time.
