Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Management Specialist to join our team. As a Bid Management Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and managing the bid writing process, creating, reviewing, and editing bid documents, and working closely with the sales team to understand client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement bid strategies to secure new business opportunities.
  • Manage and coordinate the bid writing process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of bid documents.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and preferences.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Manage and maintain bid documentation, including bid templates and bid management systems.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members on bid management best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in bid management, preferably in the facilities management industry.
  • Strong understanding of bid management processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
