In this role, you will be working within a small to medium-sized office of 10 staff members. You will be responsible for all aspects of general administration for the client's office and factory locations. It is a varied and busy position, and we are looking for a candidate that loves variety and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting directors and internal staff with administrative duties
- Liaising with external IT support providers to manage IT systems
- Managing all utility, phone, and office equipment contracts
- Liaising with employment law support providers to ensure compliance with employment law
- Managing the transition when staff join or leave the company
- Managing the company vehicle fleet
- Assisting with health and safety requirements and risk assessments
- Assisting directors and senior staff as required
- General ad-hoc office administration and organization
