In this role, you will be working within a small to medium-sized office of 10 staff members. You will be responsible for all aspects of general administration for the client's office and factory locations. It is a varied and busy position, and we are looking for a candidate that loves variety and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting directors and internal staff with administrative duties
  • Liaising with external IT support providers to manage IT systems
  • Managing all utility, phone, and office equipment contracts
  • Liaising with employment law support providers to ensure compliance with employment law
  • Managing the transition when staff join or leave the company
  • Managing the company vehicle fleet
  • Assisting with health and safety requirements and risk assessments
  • Assisting directors and senior staff as required
  • General ad-hoc office administration and organization
