The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate student finances for the Institute for Regeneration and Repair at the University of Edinburgh.

The successful candidate will work closely with staff to manage student finances, including coordinating with honours, visiting, and postgraduate students, as well as postgraduate programmes. Excellent financial administrative and organizational skills are essential for this role.

This is a full-time position, but we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns. We also offer hybrid working options that combine remote and on-campus work.

Your skills and attributes for success:

  • A relevant vocational qualification and two years of relevant work experience, or school education to Standard Grade/National 5 (or equivalent) plus three years of relevant work experience.
  • Finance and/or administration experience in an office environment.
  • Proven experience of working effectively in a team.
  • Ability to work independently, use initiative, and prioritize own work.
  • A proficient user of standard office systems, including MS Office and exceptional skills with MS Excel.
