Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all patients.
  • Manage patient appointments, bookings, and waiting lists, ensuring accurate and timely updates to our systems.
  • Answer telephones, respond to queries, and provide information to patients and staff.
  • Use the NHS E-Referral Service to upload referral letters to EPIC, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with our teams.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external partners.Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using computer systems, including EPIC and other relevant software.A commitment to providing exceptional patient care and support, with a focus on delivering high-quality services.
