Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and customers
- Manage administration tasks effectively, including updating and maintaining internal systems and databases
- Work closely with other departments across the organization to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Ensure a high level of customer service and communication is maintained at all times
- Manage diaries and handle bookings
