About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Account Manager to join our team. As a Channel Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through channel partners and end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business growth through channel partners and end-users.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and end-users to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to channel partners and end-users to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT security or managed services industry.
  • Strong understanding of the channel sales model and ability to develop and execute a sales strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with channel partners and end-users.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and develop strategies to drive growth.
