About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team at Flipdish. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our channel partner network and increasing referral volume from partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet monthly sales targets for referred business from our Channel Sales partners
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including Alliance, Managed, and Reseller partners
  • Educate channel partners on Flipdish products and services, ensuring they are well-versed and can effectively market and sell them
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on partner performance, suggesting areas for improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, onboarding, activations, strategic account management, and product teams
  • Measure and report on key performance indicators, including subscription revenue and partner referrals
  • Work with partners to create and execute joint marketing initiatives and incentives to generate demand and boost sales
  • Recruit new channel partners and assess their potential to contribute to our sales objectives and market penetration
  • Develop and manage partner marketing outreach tools and systems
  • Align sales and channel efforts with the commercial team
Requirements
  • Experience in sales or partnerships, with a background in negotiating and closing commercial deals
  • Restaurant domain knowledge, with the ability to speak the language of restaurant operations
  • Strong industry network and ability to leverage it to expand Flipdish's list of channel partners
