**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front of House Retail Advisor to join our dynamic Aveda Lifestyle Salon & Spa team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless guest experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational and personalized customer service to our guests, making product recommendations and achieving sales targets.
  • Check in and out guests, take payments, and manage guest bookings, ensuring the smooth running of appointments.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
  • Participate in ongoing product and customer service training to stay up-to-date on the latest Aveda products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and well-presented individual with exceptional communication skills.
  • Previous retail experience, preferably within the hair and beauty industry.
  • Able to meet or exceed retail sales targets and KPI's.
  • Flexible availability across days/hours.
