Job Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Front of House Retail Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a Front of House Retail Advisor, you will be responsible for providing inspirational and personalized customer service, making product recommendations, and achieving service and retail targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service
  • Make product recommendations and achieve service and retail targets
  • Check in and out of guests, take payments, and manage guest bookings
  • Ensure the smooth running of appointments

Qualifications
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and well-presented
  • Exceptional communication skills and a friendly and approachable manner
  • Previous retail experience, preferably within the hair and beauty industry
  • Able to meet or exceed retail sales targets and KPIs
