We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front of House Retail Advisor to join our team at Aveda Lifestyle Salon & Spa. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, making product recommendations, and achieving sales targets.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a premium hairdressing salon, providing a high-touch customer experience to our guests. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, perfect for someone with a passion for hair and beauty who loves working with people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service as part of the Aveda Guest journey
  • Make product recommendations and achieve sales targets
  • Check in and out of guests, take payments, and guest bookings
  • Ensure the smooth running of appointments

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and well-presented
  • Exceptional communication skills and maintains a friendly and approachable manner
  • Works well under pressure and as part of a team and is a proactive solution finder
  • Previous retail experience, preferably within the hair and beauty industry
  • Able to meet or exceed retail sales targets and KPI's
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
