Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front of House Retail Advisor to join our dynamic Aveda Lifestyle Salon & Spa team. As a key holder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide personalized customer service
  • Manage guest bookings, payments, and appointments
  • Make product recommendations and achieve sales targets
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a high-performing salon environment
