Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Darwin Escapes, a leading provider of luxury holiday resorts across the UK. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our resorts, including the maintenance of our luxurious lodges, caravans, and other facilities.
This is a permanent position, working full-time hours, with a variable schedule that includes weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of our business.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting and supervising the maintenance team, identifying training needs and providing guidance and support.
- Organizing and maintaining fair staff rotas to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Assisting with the upkeep of company buildings and guest accommodation, including repairs and maintenance.
- Responding to maintenance requests from guests and ensuring prompt resolution.
- Completing necessary paperwork and documentation following repairs and maintenance.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- A driving license and the ability to drive, as you will be required to use site buggies and vehicles.
