HR Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support our team in Hounslow, Isleworth, Heathrow, and Feltham. The successful candidate will have a strong background in vetting, compliance, and onboarding processes, with excellent administrative skills and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough vetting and compliance checks to ensure all new hires meet company and legal standards.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing employment contracts and coordinating orientation programs.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including record-keeping and handling confidential information.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, organizing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
  • Familiarity with vetting, compliance, and onboarding processes.
  • Strong administrative skills and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach to tasks.
