About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and innovative team, working with people who are experiencing homelessness. As a Housing Options Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing housing advice and support to individuals who are rough sleeping or at risk of rough sleeping, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport.
  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify the root causes of homelessness and develop personalized plans to help individuals achieve stable and secure housing.
  • Collaborating with other services and stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to homelessness prevention and support.
  • Applying relevant legislation to make informed decisions and ensure that individuals receive the support they need.
