Role Summary
The Boutique Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract presents a unique opportunity to:
- Enhance sales performance and surpass targets through outstanding customer engagement and client relationship building.
- Lead and mentor a team to achieve these objectives.
- Optimize operational effectiveness within the store environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
- Surpass the established sales budget.
- Create and execute a proactive business strategy tailored to your location.
- Monitor and drive store and team performance metrics to capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Act as a brand ambassador, exemplifying exceptional customer service and ensuring consistency across the sales team.
- Foster and nurture client relationships in alignment with company standards to encourage repeat business.
- Engage with corporate and local clients to support initiatives that drive revenue through events.
Team Development
- Establish clear sales goals and performance indicators for team members, providing ongoing coaching and training.
- Guide and develop team members through constructive feedback and regular performance evaluations.
- Manage team dynamics in accordance with company policies, addressing issues as they arise.
- Assist in the recruitment process by interviewing candidates and providing feedback from trial shifts.
- Implement approved training programs to ensure consistent and effective customer styling advice.
Operational Excellence
- Adhere to visual merchandising standards, ensuring the boutique is well-maintained and reflective of the brand.
- Guarantee that the in-store experience aligns with brand guidelines.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock audits and addressing discrepancies.
- Ensure proper payment processing and cash management through team training.
- Oversee the correct handling of in-store services, including engraving and aftercare, through team training.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading and coaching retail teams to achieve success.
- A strong commitment to customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
- Effective people management skills with the ability to handle escalations.
- Commercial acumen with a history of driving sales and improving performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Additional Information
- Documentation of authorization to work in the United Kingdom is required.
Travel Expectations
