About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to join our Retail team as a Boutique Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing stock control and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain accurate stock levels, including receiving, storing, and issuing stock.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. Work collaboratively with the Retail team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  4. Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Previous experience in stock control and management, preferably in a retail environment.
