At Jo Malone London, we're on the hunt for a talented and ambitious Assistant Boutique Manager to join our team. As a key player in our boutique, you'll be responsible for supporting the Boutique Manager in leading, coaching, and developing our team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.

About the Role

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with the Boutique Manager to create and execute in-store events that showcase our luxurious fragrances and products
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve their full potential and succeed in their roles
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management and cash reconciliation, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Provide inspirational and personalized customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the boutique feeling valued and satisfied

Requirements

  • Proven retail experience at supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Experience of coaching and mentoring others to achieve their full potential
  • Drive to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
  • Flexible availability across days and hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
