Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Boutique Manager in leading the team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Coach and develop Sales Advisors to reach their full potential
  • Elevate in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Ensure the smooth running of the store, including inventory management and cash reconciliation

Requirements:

  • Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Experience of coaching/mentoring others to achieve their full potential
  • Drive to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
