A unique opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious British fashion brand as Store Manager of their South West London boutique. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining high visual merchandising standards.
Main Responsibilities:- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment that showcases our luxury fashion products.
- Store Operations: Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store, including managing stock levels, processing transactions, and maintaining store security.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a small team of sales assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and performance reports to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to drive results.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Initiative: Ability to take initiative, think creatively, and develop innovative solutions to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of luxury fashion products, with the ability to provide expert advice to customers.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
