About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Manager to join our team of multi-disciplined professionals in support of a crucial Government infrastructure programme in the West of Scotland.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with a range of stakeholders to identify risks, potential mitigation, and opportunities to ensure the success of key project milestones.

About the Team

We are a trusted delivery partner to clients in the nuclear energy sector. Our enthusiastic teams work together across disciplines, including organizational transformation and integration, systems engineering, and programme management, to deliver full life cycle solutions from concept through to operations and decommissioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and risk management activities to ensure the success of key project milestones
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks
  • Develop and implement effective programme management strategies
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver full life cycle solutions

Requirements

  • Experience in a Lead Planning role with a construction background, preferably from a nuclear or highly regulated environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience of risk management and programme management
  • Primavera P6 Practitioner, APM, and Microsoft Project skills
  • SC clearance or eligibility

What We Offer

We offer a hybrid working arrangement with some time spent onsite, at our Client's office, and at home. Your own transport is essential as the site is based in Helensburgh.
