We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a wide-reaching programme of work that will impact our clients' customers for years to come.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the upgrade of core systems within the business by tracking progress, managing implementation, and removing blockers to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget.
  • Manage key stakeholders and set expectations to ensure the implementation is carried out successfully and with maximum efficiency.
  • Define key programme milestones and gain buy-in from stakeholders, managing expectations and delivery teams to ensure these are achieved.
  • Manage materials and ensure effective risk management.

What You'll Need

  • Previous experience as an enterprise-level Programme Manager is essential.
  • Experience of implementing key infrastructure, particularly fibre broadband upgrades and associated cabling requirements.
  • Able to work with stakeholders and maximise efficiency.
  • Able to work to targets and manage finances to ensure the project is on time and on budget.
