About the Role

The Programme Coordination Specialist will oversee the interactions among internal stakeholders, project collaborators, and consultants engaged in various work packages to guarantee the effective execution of the Clyde Metro initiative. The incumbent will facilitate communication and collaboration among all parties to promote a cohesive approach and ensure the seamless exchange of information. Additionally, you will manage the coordination across different work packages to guarantee that all necessary inputs and outputs are delivered in a timely manner. This role is crucial for the successful implementation of the Clyde Metro project, fostering extensive support and engagement from partner organizations.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess a degree or equivalent experience in transport planning, project management, or a related field, along with demonstrable qualifications such as an HND or PG Diploma. You should be a proactive individual with exceptional organizational capabilities. Proven experience in project management and program coordination is essential, particularly in the context of developing and overseeing transport-related projects and complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives.

You will excel in communication and negotiation, adept at managing the interactions between various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the Clyde Metro initiative is executed to the highest standards.

This position entails full-time hours, typically 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of additional hours as necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.
