We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of a wide-reaching programme of work that will impact our clients' customers for years to come.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the upgrade of core systems within the business by tracking progress, managing implementation, and removing blockers to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget.
- Manage key stakeholders and set expectations to ensure the implementation is carried out successfully and with maximum efficiency.
- Define key programme milestones and gain buy-in from stakeholders, managing expectations and delivery teams to ensure these are achieved.
- Manage materials and resources effectively to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure the project's success.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an enterprise-level Programme Manager is essential.
- Experience of implementing key infrastructure, particularly fibre broadband upgrades and associated cabling requirements.
- Ability to work with stakeholders and maximise efficiency.
- Ability to work to targets and manage finances to ensure the project is on time and on budget.
- Strong materials management and risk management skills.
