As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the upgrade of core systems within the business, tracking progress, managing implementation, and removing blockers to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a complex programme of work, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Oversee the upgrade of core systems, including fibre broadband upgrades and associated cabling requirements.
- Manage key stakeholders, set expectations, and gain buy-in at all levels to ensure successful implementation.
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage programme finances, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an enterprise-level Programme Manager, with a track record of delivering complex projects.
- Previous experience in implementing fibre broadband upgrades and associated cabling requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent risk management and problem-solving skills.
