**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team at PYVITAL. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing HR administrative processes across the employee life cycle, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage HR Administration processes, including onboarding, employment checks, contracts, payroll updates, and HR system maintenance.

• Ensure HR records and systems provide access to timely and accurate data, and that service standards are met.

• Maintain and adhere to HR Standard Operating Procedures and policies, and recommend changes as necessary.

• Prepare HR system data inputs and audits for the transition to a new HR system.

• Produce accurate statistical reports, highlighting trends and areas requiring attention.

• Support the development of HR systems, reporting, and documentation.

• Assist with other tasks and projects as needed.

**Key Competencies:**

• Proven experience in a fast-paced HR department in a similar role.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for excellence.

• Strong communication, organizational, and IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, HR systems).

• Demonstrable work ethic, eagerness to learn, and commitment to delivering results.
